Arlene Demar

Arlene DeMar, MA, received a Certification in Spiritual Direction and has also been trained to accompany another praying with the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. She holds an undergraduate degree in Management from LIU and a Master's in Christian Spirituality from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Arlene has facilitated book studies and retreat programs with various spiritual themes and has also co-facilitated retreat programs on Establishing Healthy Boundaries.

As a writer, Arlene's training, education, and life experience have served her well. Her books, which capture the breath of human emotion, include prose, poetry, prayer, and praise! Her first novel, The Coordinates of Time, Treasure, and Truth, has been well received by those seeking life's deeper meaning. Its sequel, In the Image of the Gardener (released 11/01/23) has also received wonderful feedback.
