Born in 1942, graduated with a BSc in chemistry from Sherbrooke university, I worked as a chemist for Laurentide Paint then started my own business Encoat Chemicals Ltd. I sold my shares 5 years later and bought an art gallery in Laval. A few years later I migrated to the USA and opened art galleries in a few cities. Financial difficulties forced me to become an artist-painter. At that time I had an art gallery in Naples, FL, and no more money to buy art. I was 57 years old. I painted every day, hating it, destroying my paintings one after the other, praying God for help and a miracle happened. Three months later I started to make beautiful paintings with a unique style and texture, I quickly became the best selling artist in Naples and for 15 consecutive years at ArtExpo New York. It was an unexpected success. At that time I started to have strange dreams and that led me to write the Ghama-2 trilogy. I published it 15 years ago and rewrote it this year.
