Stan Lee Slump

Stan Lee Slump earned his M.A. in Sports History and is an author, editor, researcher, lecturer, and sports historian. He is president of the International Society of Sports Annalists, and founding member of the Slump Federation of Sports Writers. His body of work includes research for the internationally acclaimed bestsellers 'Wait Till Next Year - the Complete History of Chicago Cubs World Series Championships in the Last Ten Decades' by Billy 'The Goat' Slump, and 'A Pitch Too Steep - The Complete History of the England National Football Team International Championships in the Last Six Decades' by the Earl of Slump, which won the United Kingdom Book Association's Cheap Shot Award.

Stan Lee Slump returns with his latest work on the Toronto Maple Leafs, who have earned the distinction as the team with the longest Stanley Cup drought in National Hockey League history. At well over half a century since their last Cup, the Leafs have become the lovable losers of the NHL.
