Jess Hoeper

Jess Hoeper is a licensed independent social worker and the founder of Ray of HOPE, LLC. Through Ray of HOPE she provides Reflective Coaching. Jess’s Reflective Coaching enhances human service professional’s ability to serve with curiosity and unconditioned love. Jess is the “helpers’ helper”.

She is driven by active HOPE, which to her is made active by H.elping O.ther P.eople E.verday. Jess lives in Minnesota with her husband and their five children (yes you read that right…five kids).
