About The Book

Born in 1985 in Canberra, Australia. Then growing up and navigating life as a child in the 90s in Byron Bay, an adventurous teen living the high life on the Gold Coast. Going to every music festival you can think of big day out 6 times, splendour in the grass, soundwave in Brisbane where I watched incubus play! Virgin festival, summerfield dayz, good vibes, I could go on and on. Life as teenager was the most challenging because everything is new and you don't have hindsight. Dealing with sex, alcohol, drugs and music and finally becoming a strong independent spiritual women and this is me looking back with hindsight. Finding a real love out of the blue and learning to live with balance and grace. I'm still learning I'm not all the way there yet I still suffer from anxiety and make mistakes. I'll drink a little too much some weekends. But I try to be happy and healthy. This is me trying.

CLAUSTROPHOBIA

Spinning circle under gods grace

Shaking the ground

I thought that I made up

Silence is blinding

At least I am finding what I am made of

I was high floating

On lies

Its never ending

Still get butterflies

Even while I’m descending

Your walls close in on me

Claustrophobia from your closing mind

It hides you, it blinds you,

most of the time

Still feel the same way

No use pretending

But it leaves me with nothing to say
