Raymond L Simmons

Lt. Col. (Ret.) Raymond Simmons graduated from Texas Tech University before becoming a pilot in the Air Force. As a staff officer, he led the planning for USSTRATCOM’s Strategic Deterrence Campaign Plan. He also served as international relations advisor to Admiral Haney.

Since retiring from the Air Force, Ray teaches part-time at Air University. In 2020, he became a Senior Executive Fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

He has been blessed to study under Phil Kayser (PhD), president of Biblical Blueprints and instructor at Whitefield Theological Seminary.

Ray lives with his wife and eight children in a 100-year-old colonial home in a beautiful Midwest town. He enjoys homeschooling his eight children and feasting with the church body.
