Helena Clare

Raised in Cornwall UK, at the foot of Bodmin moor, at age 18, Helena took a year out from studying to teach English at a university in Kalimantan, on the Indonesian part of the rainforest island of Borneo. The experience influenced her life, both through witnessing the degradation caused by profligate logging and being exposed to the psychic abilities and experiences of the students whom she taught and who befriended her, resonating with her own ability to converse with celestial beings.

Upon her return to England she studied a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the London School of Economics and then received a scholarship to study a Masters in Environmental Economics, at University College London. After graduating with distinction she took up a joint post in Fiji, as Senior Natural Resource Advisor in the Fiji Mineral Resources Department and the South Pacific Applied Geoscience Commission. In this role she supported governments in the Pacific to develop sustainable mineral and natural resource policies. At the same time she began training to be a Ka Huna masseur, a deep spiritual massage from Hawaii, that can release emotions trapped in the body, from this life and previous lives.

After two years in the Pacific Helena returned to London and took a position with the UK government’s aid department, the Department for International Development, where she spent the next twelve years. Under Clare Short’s leadership the department set the benchmark for innovation and reform in the international aid and trade architecture, to be more inclusive of less well-off countries and to benefit the poorest people in the world.

After contributing to critical trade agendas including the relaxation of intellectual property rights on life savings drugs, she was posted to South Africa. Here she met her first husband and continued her career in trade, regional economic development and finding solutions for climate change challenges, designing and leading multi-million pound initiatives aimed at improving the lives of millions of the poorest people in Africa and globally. Whilst in South Africa she studied kinesiology, a practice that

uses the body’s innate knowledge to heal itself, and qualified as an Angel and Ascension Teacher with the Angel Connection School.

Helena helps people from all walks of life unlock their spiritual potential no matter their level of training. Even those who are beginners in spirituality, through to advanced lightworkers who want to further hone their skills through her books and teachings. Helena's writing and teachings are designed to be inclusive to everyone from all walks of life, all races and all genders. The message that Helena has received is that we have over the course of our spiritual journey inhabited all sorts of material bodies, we have been women, men, rich, poor and everything in between.

In December 2012 Helena began channelling The Lightseeker’s Manual. Since then she has also published two more books on the topic of spirituality; The Spiritual Side of Disability – The Lightseeker’s Way to Thrive with a Special Needs Child and Spirit Baby - Communicate with your unborn baby. Ease your birth. She has also continued her career as an international development leader.

She is mum to two beautiful boys, Tariq and Saafi, who are her delight and joy. She has dedicated her life to finding solutions to the world’s most critical challenges, as well as empowering people to find their own highest paths. She lives with her two sons and shares her time between South Africa and the UK.
