Cassandra Williams Edmond

My name is Cassandra Williams Edmond. I am a divorced mother of 1 and grandmother of 5. While my background and professional career is in technology and data analytics, I love writing and telling stories. My mother had 5 children and I am the eldest of the five. Coming from a large family, by todays standard, there was never a dull moment in the Nixon household. My Dad was a blue-collar worker in construction and my Mom was a household engineer (homemaker). In my imaginative mind, growing up, I aspired to be a singer, song-writer, pianist, dancer, hair stylist and dress-maker. While I managed to achieve becoming a singer, song-writer and dress-maker, I had no published works and writing was far from my mind. In fact, I never liked reading at all. I was more logical than literal. However, once I started college, my life changed. Once I met new people of many cultures and walks of life, inspiration began to commence. I wanted to know, learn, and achieve even more in life. Once I began my professional career, I experienced the many facets that life had to offer and also take away. Through all of my experiences, nothing could compare to my spiritual journey and where it would take me. I look forward to sharing those experiences, life achievements and journeys with the world.
