Taylor Williams is an experienced speaker, teacher, and performer with a BA in business and an M.Ed. and Ed.S. in mental health. As the lead facilitator of Guts & Glory Creative Consulting and the creative director of Guts & Glory GNV, Williams produces live storytelling shows, while using story, improv, and communications training to help teams and companies build positive culture. Williams also works as an adjunct lecturer and curriculum designer at the University of Florida, where she teaches courses in innovation, communication, and branding.
Williams’ love of public speaking began while training with Upright Citizens Brigade. After a decade of improv comedy, storytelling, and motivational speaking, that love culminated in her Tedx Talk Why We Fear Public Speaking.
