Wayne Luthi

As a native of San Francisco my first experiences were of fog, views of the sea, and playing in the burned out hollows of redwood trees.

My poetry writing began on solitary midnight-to-morning shifts in Air Force control towers after the planes had landed for the evening. I was stationed in both England and Thailand (1966-1970)

While a college student at San Francisco State, I lived with two retired doctors. I would take care of him one day a week (as he had Alzheimer's) in exchange for room and board. I had a garret that overlooked San Francisco Bay, Sausalito, and Alcatraz.

I've spent 18 years in the corporate world, one year with Procter & Gamble and 17 years with IBM.

One day we were told at IBM that our department didn't exist anymore. I've been doing landscape design and

landscape construction since (27 years).

I have a wonderful woman for my wife who I have been with now for 47 years. We live in Louisville, Kentucky

I am a private pilot and did most of my flying during the mid 80's.

My other art pursuit is photo collage.

Around 2000 I became interested in models of growth work. I went from the Hoffman Process, to the Mankind Project,

to ShadowWork, to Family Constellation work. I facilitate Family Constellations and taught for Mankind Project for 10 years.

I've also facilitated men in jail and prison.

My striving now is to get my poetry off the self and let it find its way out into the world.
