David McClements

David McClements (or Mac Lemons as many people know him!) is an international speaker and trainer who has literally circumnavigated the globe helping businesses and organizations large and small in his key areas of expertise – Sales, Negotiation, and People Management and Motivation.

After starting his career in Procter & Gamble UK in sales, he went into the world of consultancy, training prominent sales forces in the UK and Ireland before starting his own consulting business in 1999 Whitewater International Training & Consultancy - now known as "Maclemons International".

Having travelled far and wide, David developed his skills with world-famous business and personal development experts such as Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, Anthony Robbins, Jay Abraham, Al Gore, John Gray, Dan Poynter and many others. Whitewater soon became well-known experts in blending the skills and techniques of personal development with key business skills, matched with engaging, informal methods of delivery, and maybe even a little comedy thrown in! This unique blend quickly established the business as one of the most influential training and development organizations in the UK and has gone on to have a truly global client list.

Following the development of his “Twelve Golden Rules of Negotiation”, David has trained thousands of people in the recruitment industry across the world, helping his clients gain staggering results in a very short space of time. As a result of that work this book is born.

David is also a motivational speaker, delivering keynote speeches at many conferences for some of the world’s biggest brands across the globe, incorporating his own personal unique style of heartwarming and passionate delivery.

A multi qualified NLP professional, David is also an Advanced qualified driver and motorcycle rider, qualified scuba diver, and has volunteered as an Emergency Blood Courier in Surrey, UK.
