Jeff Gaura

Jeff Gaura is a Christian author, adventurer, and coach whose life experiences shape his storytelling. A former IT executive and public school teacher, he served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal, teaching science and founding The Nepal Project to build schools.

His adventures include Himalayan treks, leading expeditions in Alaska, Spain, and beyond. As founder of Threshold Academy, he coaches athletes who have earned national podiums and world championship finishes in triathlon and duathlon. He holds USA Triathlon and ACSM certifications.

Jeff’s fiction blends faith, history, and redemption in the multi-generational Seeker series, set in first-century Palestine. Works include Letters to and from Eternity, Behind the Secrets in the Fall of Jerusalem, The Emperor and the Ring, and others exploring identity, trauma, and divine purpose. He and his wife Annie live in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
