David Benson

David Benson has always been a spiritual being with a goal of helping others. Born and raised in the southern United States, he faced obstacles and difficulties in life. Looking to start over, he moved to sunny California at the age of 24 in hopes of finding more like-minded individuals. This move paid off and he met not only others like himself, but a mentor who changed his life. For more than a decade he learned yoga and various spiritual practices. All these changes helped him radically better his life and situation.

David still lives in California, where he opened his own yoga school. When he’s not working, he can be found reading, hiking in the great outdoors, communing with nature, and striking up conversations with strangers in hopes of learning more about other’s perspectives and idea of life. Through his yoga school, he teaches students how to develop the lives they want to live, passes on knowledge, and learns from everyone who walks through the door.
