David Matityahu Ben Avraham

David was raised in a middle-class, Roman Catholic family. In college, he became "born again", which led to a long and varied journey through many forms of Christianity, even serving as a pastor for nearly eight years. After a number of years within the world of Messianic Judaism, he finally, after much study, rejected Jesus and the claims of the Christian faith.

David has extensive experience as a teacher in small-group and online settings, from the pulpit, and also has years of experience as a public speaker.

David lives with his wife in Atlanta, GA along with their two cats, Samwise and Frodo. He enjoys, (when he isn't attending Phish concerts) reading, writing and annoying his family. He is a father of five, grandfather of six, husband and small-business owner.
