Hi! I’m Alessandra –

Hey there! I'm Alessandra Sagredo, and I'm a writer who's passionate about spirituality, mysticism, and breaking down barriers.

Let me tell you, I've been through some tough stuff in my life. I've faced brain cancer twice over the past three years, which has been a huge challenge to say the least. But I didn't let that stop me from pursuing my dreams and sharing my message with the world.

I'm the author of Soulphoria - A Provocative & Practical Approach to Spirituality, which was published by John Hunt Publishing. Through my writing, I hope to inspire others to embrace their passions and live their best lives.

I am also the Creator of "The Tiny Triumph Book Series" a collection of concise books for individuals of all ages, with a special emphasis on empowering young girls. Each book offers practical tools and insights for building confidence, embracing individuality, and exploring the world around them. By focusing on small victories, the series helps readers achieve meaningful progress and success.

When I'm not writing, I love to cook, travel, and connect with nature. Having lived in six different countries, I have a deep appreciation for the beauty and diversity of our world. And as a mixed-race, bisexual writer, I'm all about celebrating our differences and finding unity in our shared experiences.

I believe that we all have the power to overcome adversity and create a life that we love. So let's do it together, one step at a time!

Nitty Gritty...

My formal experience and training include Shamanic studies from teachers such as Sandra Ingerman and Christina Pratt, Qi Gong, with Master Mingtong Gu and Dr. Janke, Counselling Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic Touch.

2010 – 2020, saw myself and my husband living in 7 different countries, and being able to explore life from various perspectives, savoring the unique cultures, food, and spiritual beliefs of each area.

I’ve been a entrepreneur (owning a wellness center in downtown Vancouver) a business executive (filling multiple global CMO roles) and spiritual guide (helping people discover a Soulgasmic life!)
