As Vice President of Sales, Weichert New Homes and Land Co., Inc., Morris Plains, New Jersey; this senior position was for the largest independent real estate brokerage company in the United States (1989 sales exceeded $7 billion). I had responsibility for the management of over thirty new home communities with a sales and administrative staff of seventy-five in four states. 1988 sales were approximately 800 with a volume of $100 million.
