Melody Byrd is an Amazon.com International Best-Selling Author, two times over. Professionally, she is a Learning and Development Manager who focuses on sharpening the soft skills of program participants for the STEM Training Program she manages. She entered the field of learning and development after 15 years in the healthcare technology realm to give back to others and positively impact their lives. As an avid servant leader, Melody sits on the executive board of several non-profit organizations including her local Toastmasters Club, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. and the Association for Talent and Development-Chicago. Her life is dedicated to service and she considers it an honor when others allow her to contribute to their personal and professional transformation.
