Terry earned a Ph.D. in Management, with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change Consistent with his purpose of “helping others improve their quality of life,” Terry has been a Coach since 2003. He started as a Business Coach in 2003 and in 2011 earned his certification as an Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching. Terry has earned the following certifications: Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centering Coach, Visionary Leadership, Merger and Acquisition Integration Specialist and Center for Executive Coaching.
As an Executive Coach Terry has helped executives and organizations execute more effectively to produce sustainable behavioral change to achieve their desired results. Terry has served as Business Coach for startups and coached executives at Novant Health, New Hanover Regional Medical, Pinterest, Google, Intel, ExxonMobil, Norfolk Southern Corp, Valassis, DellEMC, New York Life, Pakistan Government, Amazon, McDonalds, Connected Investors, and IBM.
Terry has authored two books “Co-Creation Leadership: Helping Leaders Develop Their SuperPower of Co-Creation for The Greater Good of the Organization” and “Transformational Thinking: The First Step Toward Individual and Organizational Greatness. He has also contributed to articles in Forbes, Chief Executive Magazine and has authored more than 150 articles on LinkedIn.
