Brenda R Cullen

Brenda R. Cullen is an educator, theatre director, and author of the children's book series: Growing Up With RyLee. She has had a distinguished career as an educator spanning three decades teaching kids of all ages and has taught at varied colleges including Penn State University, Morris Brown College, Clark Atlanta University, and Morehouse College. While writing and directing plays, she fell in love with children's theatre and began writing plays for children with special needs and now enjoys writing children's books. The mother of two enterprising sons and an affectionate cat named Chloe, Brenda lives in metro Atlanta, GA, and spends her leisure time gardening, refinishing furniture, theatre going, and assisting with community improvement projects.
