I have a wealth of experience when it comes to children and their sleep. With an educational background that spans, psychology, infant care and sleep and also being a mother to twins, my passion is helping families achieve more balance within their life with their new additions, whilst ensuring understanding of what expectations might be realistic. I have helped thousands of families when it comes to infant sleep.

I am a member of the British Sleep Society.

I continually study and develop my knowledge as new research becomes available. My work is evidence based.

I have carried out talks on sleep safety for major baby brands and continue to be an advocate for safe sleep practises.

I am a proud mother to my twins, Maisie and Frankie and live with my husband Jim in London.
