Growing up in the entertainment business, Wendy starred in commercials beside such luminaries as Vincent Price, Morris The Cat, boxes of Apple Jacks, and Ronald McDonald before pivoting to a successful career as an Emmy-winning comedy writer and television producer.

After decades working in show business, Wendy did what any reasonable person would do: she broke up with desperately trying to get hired somewhere and started her own company instead.

In 2023, she founded Card To Believe, a company tarot decks, subversive affirmation cards, and gifts. What started as a "ridiculous idea" has become a thriving business that proves betting on yourself is always the right move.

Her viral LinkedIn posts about age discrimination and career reinvention have resonated with thousands of experienced professionals over 50 who are dealing with endless rejections, fake job postings, corporate ghosting and a discriminatory hiring system that's clearly broken.
