Jen Santaniello is a mom, a running enthusiast, a travel fiend, and a bit of a perfectionist. She is also a widow.
When her husband died of cancer in 2014, Jen's whole world was upended. She was 36 years old, working full-time, raising three kids all under the age of four, and managing an entire household on her own. She was devastated. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Angry that this was now her life. And resentful of everybody who still had a spouse and an intact family.
Fast-forward to present day, and Jen is now thriving. She went from barely surviving and feeling like a crazy person to finding balance, peace in her heart, and joy in her life—and she did so using a variety of tools and strategies that she learned along the way.
Jen has since become a certified life coach through the Robbins-Madanes Training Center and offers both courses and coaching to help others achieve happiness while rebuilding a life that they can feel excited about. With the right guidance and encouragement, she believes that all widows and widowers can find their way forward.
Jen now lives in Cumming, GA with her three kids, Samuel, Emmalyn, and Evan.
