JANE L. FITZPATRICK is a freelance award-winning writer - a poet, blogger, business writer, website content writer and a screenwriter. She wrote and is producing the epic award-winning feature film screenplay "Sacajawea, The Windcatcher" based on the life of Sacajawea and inspired by the Lewis and Clark journals and Shoshone traditions. Jane also wrote the family-friendly children's screenplay "Kimama's Wings" which addresses racism and diversity. Most recently, she created and is producing the pre-teen anime series "Moon Drake" for which she wrote five of the 12 Season 1 episodes, one of which, "Rakesh & the Rain Dancer," is an award-winner. As an author, Jane wrote three books for children, "The Grass Maiden, Sacajawea," "Petunia the Pink Tyrannosaurus Rex" (2027) and the Crabtree Book Series, a pre-teen mystery/adventure series beginning with the award-winning Book 1, "Crabtree: Lost Kids of Borealonon." For adults, she wrote Vol. I of an award-winning inspirational book series called "Awakening" and she's currently working on Vol. II "We Are Light." Jane wrote the first book in a series that follows the Sacajawea film production called "The Path." She is also currently writing the book Walking With Sacajawea: DESTINY to accompany the Sacajawea, The Windcatcher movie.
