Dr. Militza Basualdo

Dr. Militza Basualdo is an international keynote speaker, management consultant, author, and Professor of Technology and Innovation at Tecnologico de Monterrey. As VP Executive Partner at Gartner Inc., Dr. Basualdo advised CIOs and CxOs of major corporations in eight countries. Dr. Basualdo held the CIO position for Procter & Gamble and Citibank in Mexico and Process Improvement director for Dell in the Americas and Metlife.

Dr. Basualdo holds a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Summa Cum Laude, both from Texas A&M University in Kingsville, Texas. Dr. Basualdo also holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
