I'm a born and bred Yorkshire lass, and I love to cook and have done it from a young age thanks to my mum and dad; she cooked it.
As a food writer for over 20 years, I am the author of 4 books and my first, The Great Book of Yorkshire Pudding now in its 10th year and still selling on Amazon. And I am pleased to say my latest, More Than Yorkshire Puddings, was voted the Best UK Regional Book 2023 in the Gourmand World’s Best Cookbooks. Hurrah!
Having written for many leading magazines, including Waitrose Food Illustrated, Olive, National Geographic Food and BBC Good Food.
