Miss Katherine Murray

Katherine Murray is a writer, mother, closet singer, and photography enthusiast. She recently graduated from NBCCD with a degree in photography but never forgot to make time for her writing. She incorporated stories into a lot of her images. Most of her focus was on fictional characters; and, in particular, fairy tales. Katherine tends to include a piece of her life in her work. But she leaves it up to the reader to try and decipher which is the truth or fantasy. In her younger years, English was always her favourite subject. She would spend hours letting her pen fill pages of whatever she was feeling. Sometimes, her words came out in the form of poetry. Other times, she wrote songs. Her writing was a way for her to express what her physical words could not. To this day, her love of writing has only grown with each passing year, turning from poetry and limericks to fictional novels. Whatever she is writing, you can be sure that her heart was in it the whole time.
