A teacher most of my life, I spent years observing and listening to my students and my grandchildren, especially my grandson, Zachary. I always wanted to write a children's book. After I retired from teaching, I decided to give it a try. I had many notes on my students and grandchildren. Finally, I decided to write about my first grandchild. His dream as a young boy was to become a pilot. Using this memory as inspiration for Dream High As The Sky, I wanted to remind everyone that their dreams can come true, just like Zach's dream did. All it takes is wondering, imagination, dreams, and perseverance.
