Paul Sheppard

Paul is Welsh-born currently living in Lewes, in East Sussex. He has lived and worked in many areas of the UK except good old Scotland, although there's time yet. He spent much of his professional life as a Probation Officer (something, possibly the only thing, he shares in common with Poet Laureate, Simon Armitage) in Northern Ireland where he helped raise a family. His three adult children, all professional people far more intelligent than he, are his great pride. In his spare time he is a community volunteer in Lewes, and co-edits the Lewes FC Men's matchday programme, known as the prog-cast. He has enjoyed some success with published short stories and is currently working on literary fiction for the adult market. If his first novel - Bea on the Ball - is popular he would love to follow up with a sequel.
