Having spent thirteen years living and traveling in Asia, Heather Rose often finds herself on the most magical adventures. Whether it is through scuba diving in the belly of a Red Sea shipwreck, running a tiny guesthouse in the high desert mountains of the Himalayas, searching for the mystical Shakti Pīthas, or tending to lost and injured animals who seem to seek her out, Heather thrives in ways most wild. She currently lives on the Big Island of Hawaii beneath the majestic Mauna Kea with a gang of adorable animals and a motley crew of humans. Heather has several book projects in the works, including her collection of travel stories, more children's books and a novel.
