Sallie Crawley has over 17 years’ experience as a coach and therapist. She is a qualified Life Coach and ILM qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) and trained as a Hypnotherapist (BIH).
Since overcoming breast cancer and surviving a heart attack, she specialises in helping people who have had a heart attack learn to live life and love life again. She helps with anxiety, panic, sleeplessness, creating the mind-set to make exercise & dietary changes, relaxation, smoking cessation and confidence.
As a North Londoner, her career was originally in the print and communications industry. Spending some 16 years she gained experience working in commercial, report and accounts and food labelling printing companies. She managed teams in admin, production and sales.
After a year out to be a full-time mum and a move to a small village, Sallie had a career change. In 2002 she joined the RSPB (conservation charity) and supported volunteering throughout the UK for 17 years. As the HQ Volunteering Operations Team Manager, she is inspired and proud of the contribution that the Charity’s 12,000+ volunteers make to the cause.
Sallie also proudly volunteers as a Trustee of a local charity, the Hunts Cancer Community Network (HCCN). Empowering patients to take control of their diagnosis and take an active part in managing their health. By providing services in the areas of education, wellbeing, exercise and nutrition. HCCN is helping to transform cancer care in the Huntingdonshire Community.
She lives in Cambridgeshire, UK with her daughter, their two dogs, three cats and a fish called Lonely.
