Tim Dodd is an award-winning journalist who is passionate about sales and leadership development. He believes strong, inclusive leadership can inspire people to achieve that which they once thought impossible. Born in Binghamton, NY, Tim attended Broome Community College, Syracuse University and Plattsburgh State University. He holds degrees in Communications, Broadcast Journalism and Leadership. Living in Australia for a year gave Tim a global perspective that informs his writing and his points of view. He tries to live by the John Adams quote "You will ever remember that all the end of study is to make you a good man and a useful citizen." He believes all people can achieve this goal given equitable opportunity and sufficient inspiration. Adopted at birth, Tim found his birth family 48 years later. His first work chronicles some of his experiences growing up adopted and the search for his birth family as a way to answer the question "where do I come from?"
