Donnovan Simon

Born in Jamaica and currently living in Alberta, Canada. From humble beginnings Donnovan has had many opportunities to build and excel in leadership roles. His career has taken him to many technology companies in Jamaica and Canada. Donnovan Simon has been a manager for over 25 years in multiple sectors at different levels. Successfully managing teams of various sizes has taught him many things. His teams have won awards and accolades including a Stevie Award in 2013 for the Best Sales Support team.

In addition to the many years as a manager in the corporate space, Donnovan has been an active leader in community organizations. He has served on the leadership team of numerous community organizations in Jamaica and Calgary, Alberta, including as President of the Jamaican Canadian Association Alberta

Donnovan is the author of several books on customer experience and management. He is also founder of HLI Source, a company focused on corporate learning and engagement.
