Mikhail Salynin

Mikhail Salynin (in Russian Михаил Салынин) was born in 1987 and grew up in the small working-class town of Atyrau, close to the Kazakhstan border with Russia.

Ever since he learned to read at the age of five, he adored literature and couldn't put a book down. He also learnt to sing and play guitar and became very popular with teenagers in the town.

In the 2007 he started work for an international oil & gas engineering designing company called Worley Parsons in the Document Control and Translation Department. Supported by WorleyParsons, he worked hard to develop and improve his English and other languages. As part of this he successfully completed a 5 year English course dedicated to English grammar.

In the 2018, he graduated with honors from the Kazakhstan Pedagogical University in Translation studies.

In the 2020, as a result of the CoronaVirus pandemic, many companies all over the world began to lay off or furlough their personal. As a result Mikhail started to dedicate his time to writing books for language lovers, designers, teachers and students. In doing so he has tried to invent unique dictionaries to help different people along the world of learn English & Russian languages.

In the summer 2021, he published his first book in the genre of Foreign Language Study: Red Velvet - Exercises for an interpreter. He created this book for people who like languages and want to find unique ways to learn. He firmly believes that he would have been happy to buy such a tutorial himself, if such an author had published similar when he was studying languages.
