Joy Kelly

Joy Kelly, formerly Joy Bulkley-Bean, is an artist located in the city of Meadville Pennsylvania. She graduated from college at Edinboro University in 2011, with a BFA in traditional animation. She has two sons, a dog, a cat, and a husband. :)
