Glenn Stewart is the owner of The House Whisperer LLC in the San Francisco East Bay, and an active home inspector with over 10,000 inspections under his belt and counting.

With zero experience in the building trades, motivated to be his own boss, and make six-figures, he self-taught himself to become a successful inspector.

His book was written to help others contemplating a career in the home inspection business and to avoid the pitfalls and mistakes he made on his journey.

He lives in Livermore CA with his wife, walks daily, takes photos of birds, goes to the local coffee shop for a Mocha Breeze, enjoys puttering around the yard, takes trips to the ocean where he searches for sea glass and unusual things that wash up on the beach.
