Raphael Hui

Raphael Hui is a seasoned IT strategist with vast experience in the public sector. He has advised internal and external clients for over 15 years, including healthcare, transportation, entertainment, financial and public service industries, providing consultation and hands-on support for their digital transformation, organisational change, and technology innovation journeys. He is also the inaugural Head of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority’s Institute of Health Information Technology (IHIT). Raphael is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Professional (CP) of the Australian Computer Society (ACS). He holds a Master degree in Health Services Management (with Valedictorian honour) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as dual Bachelor degrees of Software Engineering and Information Systems from the University of Hong Kong.
