Would like to consider myself a devoted student at matters of leadership, searching, learning, daily and continuously.

My journey has started many years ago, have had many lessons, failure along the way, much to learn still, although past experiences provide enough baggage to certify my exciting delivery on the subject.

From early days have always believed that as an individual you should continuously strive to become the best at what you do, but not soon enough have I realised that this would be impossible to achieve as you can move the target and go further, you can always improve, this applies at work or home, regardless of you work trade or your structural position, through passionate dedication and work you can always turn into a better version of yourself.

From my early management days, and for the past 6-8 years I have constantly and enthusiastically searched for good examples of leadership and can now confirm it is not an easy mission.

Have finally realised how misunderstood the concept of leadership actually is, and with my book intend to have it clarified in some way.
