Trease Sears is a child of God, wife, mother, author, playwright, director, producer, dancer, choreographer, community and school leader. Trease has a heart for the people she serves. The creator and CEO of Laser Focus Consulting Services and Capital Brows located in Frankfort, Kentucky. A native of Kentucky, college graduate of Indiana University and a consultant to alternative education programs across the state of Kentucky. She is an empowering inspirational speaker of all things good, intuitive life coach, business strategist, creative problem solver, and an educator for over 20 years. She simply exists to help others arrive at their next place of success in a ‘laser focused’ way. She is a new author, blogger and a church planter. She advocates upward mobility for both youth and adults. A wife, mother of three and grand “cheech” who loves to entertain and travel for both business and lots of pleasure. Demetrice Lashon Bruno, is an Indiana native and mother of three sons, who furthered her studies to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Minor is Psychology and Experience Design at the University of Indianapolis.
