Steven F. Coyle

Steve is an American living in Malaysia since 1995. He's the Managing Consultant of ServiceWinners International Sdn Bhd (www.servicewinners.com), a training and consultancy company. He and his training team work throughout the Asia-Pac region and beyond. His background is in the banking and telco industries. He shares ideas and techniques in the West and the East to enhance learning. His new book, 'Good Boss, Better Boss', goal is to 'Change the world one better boss after another.'
