Suzy Bussell writes contemporary cosy mysteries full of charm, humour, and a touch of the unexpected, often set against the backdrop of the Devon landscape she calls home.

She is the author of the Exeter Mysteries series, following private investigators Charlotte and Angus as they take on curious cases and tangled mysteries in Devon, and The Jane Austen Tearoom Mysteries, where modern-day sleuthing meets Regency-era ghosts and seaside intrigue.

Originally from Hertfordshire, she has lived in Devon for over twenty years, and its landscapes and coastal character shape much of her storytelling. With a background in computing, she enjoys weaving technology and modern detail into her plots to add an extra layer of intrigue.

She lives near the sea with her husband, three sons, and two Snowshoe cats.
