Fiona Wu

Those who come to know Fiona would say that she has a child-like heart. Fiona loves story telling and working with children. As an immigrant to Canada, she is always sensitive to the needs of those who shared the same experience of settling themselves in Canada. Being an active community volunteer in the society, her life have been blessed with many cross cultural friendships. It is her desire that through story telling, young readers can also share in the joy of having cross- cultural friendship, which fosters mutual acceptance and understanding. Many of her children's book series are published in partnership with new migrants and refugees. Proceeds of the published books are collected to support settlement works of the new migrants in Canada.
