Jane Logie

Jane has spent over thirty years working in a wide variety of businesses in operational and change roles directing large functions. She started her career with UPS during a period when the business was rapidly expanding into the European market leading customer service in the UK, working on global systems in Atlanta and setting standards for customer services for the European region. In 1994, Jane joined Legal & General where she held various executive positions associated with operations, change and transformation in the UK. During her time there, Jane spent four years as the Senior Responsible Operator for the establishment of a joint venture insurance business based in Cairo sponsored by the world bank.

In 2015, Jane became an independent consultant helping organisations to improve their end-to-end change capability and deliver large, strategic transformation programmes. Vocal and passionate about all things relating to transformation and change, she loves seeing businesses grow and evolve. Jane is a believer in the saying, ‘If you find a job you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life’.

Getting transformation right is targeted at people that are leading transformation. It contains a series of questions that every transformation must to be able to answer and some useful guidance based on years of experience of getting it wrong and getting it right.
