Susanna Tharakan is a leader and researcher focused on advancing diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces. She began her DE&I journey at Snagajob and continued this important work at Mathison by applying her knowledge and understanding of human behavior, coupled with extensive research in DE&I, to develop an Equal Hiring Index®. This index provides an in-depth analysis of your organization’s hiring process and retention practices. Susanna is currently leading DE&I initiatives at Sisense while working towards becoming a thought leader in the diversity, equity & inclusion space. She earned her Bachelor's in Psychology at Rutgers University and Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Springfield College.
