Daksha Patel

​Daksha Patel is a qualified Primary School teacher who holds a purple belt in the martial art of Karate. Her other hobbies are swimming and gardening. Also, Daksha loves to sing, listen to music, write poetry and children's stories and activity books on many different subjects. 

Daksha has always been passionate about writing which she uses as a tool for teaching subjects such as Maths, and RE. Most of Daksha's poems and stories are inspired by food, people and the natural world and its animals.

Daksha Patel's motto in life is that if at first you don't succeed in your aims and objectives then you should try, try, and try again.

Education is for character building too and it enables us to shine like a star when we succeed at it.
