Emily J. Maurits is an author, radiographer, and current theology student. She enjoys reading and running (sometimes simultaneously!), eating peanut butter with a spoon, and talking your ear off about anything to do with Sherlock Holmes, C. S. Lewis, or her latest read.
She is the founder of Called to Watch, a website and community for the friends and family of those with chronic illnesses, and can also be found at emilyjmaurits.com. She is the author of Thomas Clarkson: The Giant with One Idea (2021) and won first place in the Stories of Life competition with her story, ‘Confessions of a Realist,’ published in Papa’s Shoes (2019).
