Tracy Miller

Tracy Miller is the first-time author of “Wild Child: Wrong Place, Right time”, a memoir of a young man’s wanderlust, roaming the planet via thumb and backpack back in the 70’s. His story chronicles the mischief, trouble, fun and loves he encountered along the way, from being arrested in Munich as a suspected terrorist to being stuck in Tehran during the ’79 Iranian student revolution and much, much more.

From his life on a kibbutz to being robbed at knife point, to working his way around the world, embracing life at its lowest and finest, this is the story of a young man who followed an extraordinary path out of drug addiction and petty crimes and, in the process, found the better part of himself, as he studied life at the college of the world and became a better man for it.

Born in Southern California, Tracy developed a yearning for travel as a military brat. He is also an award-winning actor of 38 years and continues to work in the industry he loves, having won 6 best actor awards at film festivals around the country. He is the father of three children and a grandfather to one. He is also a pretty good pool player, falling somewhere between Jackie Gleason and Paul Newman. He currently lives in Southern California.
