My various professions have changed dramatically over the years. However, my curiosity and fascination with how we become who we are has been a constant. I started with an MBA in Health Care, working in the community health center system in Boston. From there I became a member of the US National Rowing Team, competing nationally and internationally for several years. My last station in life – since 2003 – has been as a personal trainer in a gym in Southern California.
I have always been a student of the human mind and its power. My major at Tufts University was Bio-Psychology. Motivation and drive, our carrots and sticks, are as diverse as we all are. I have taken care of and watched over people from the time of being a resident assistant in college to coaching collegiate athletes to personal training people - which for many is a cheaper version of therapy! How each of these people became who they are is always fascinating to me.
