Arnaldo always wanted to change the world.
As a child, he would dress up as a superhero and look out the window at night, waiting for the opportunity to save someone.
As a teenager, being president of his high school council was not enough. He also dedicated himself to football, hoping to inspire others through a sport that touches many lives.
The best he could manage was a few months in the reserve of Flamengo, one of Brazil's most prestigious football clubs, which unfortunately resulted in the worst grades of his life at school.
In the professional market, he worked with gastronomy, events, and even music. Everything was seen as a platform to be able to contribute.
Around 2010, he opened the MKT Digital agency, Hola Que Tal (HQT).
At the height of his success, with more than 20 employees and clients such as Multishow, one of Brazil's largest entertainment channels, the NBA, and Gurumê, a major Japanese restaurant chain in Brazil, he decided to drop everything to embrace a call to destiny: helping individuals to live on purpose.
For this, he traveled the world in search of self-knowledge and training.
After passing through cities like New York and London and taking courses from Simon Sinek and Tony Robbins, he returned to Rio ready to carry out his mission in this world.
The first customers came from the street.
Arnaldo aimed to do good indiscriminately, putting into practice what he had learned as soon as possible, so he began to help the homeless people who lived near his house in Leblon.
Based on that experience, he was sure he was on the right path, creating the “Living on Purpose” methodology and starting with paid customers and companies.
To date, he has served more than 200 individual clients, given lectures and training in Rio, Orlando, São Paulo, and London, performed at TED, participated in several radio and TV programs, and wrote three books on the subject, the best-sellers "Living on Purpose”, “The 3 P's of Purpose” and “Habits on Purpose”.
He is currently preparing the fourth book and teaching new authors how to publish their works through the “Best-Seller in 3 Months” methodology.
