Peggy O'Neill

Peggy O’Neill is a corporate trainer, a keynote speaker, and the author of 6 books. Going through life as a little person, standing 3 feet 8 inches, Peggy has had the unique opportunity to develop many skills in the process of overcoming countless life, relationship, and business challenges and to sustain an open and happy heart.

Weaving together her from-the-trenches life experiences and several psychotherapy certifications, Peggy has supported businesses such as Chase Bank, Texaco, FEMA, the US Coast Guard, and many others in triumphing over their challenges and building cultures of greater resiliency, inclusion, empathy, and empowerment. Peggy has also inspired over 100,000 young students in anti-bullying and building self-esteem practices. She celebrates her daily life in Ojai, CA, near Santa Barbara.
