LEADER

Elder Rodney Davis, husband and father of 6, is the Pastor of Transformation Church, where his purpose is to pattern the heartbeat of God's people after the heartbeat of God by presenting a Christian paradigm, equipping and motivating men and women who desire to fulfill God's purpose for their lives through the arts, ministry, and education, and providing the practical and spiritual groundwork needed to achieve success and significance.

EDUCATOR

Rodney Davis received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Delaware State University, majoring in English and Music Education. For over 15 years, he has worked with students enrolled in adult education programs, alternative schools, and is currently working as a kindergarten teacher in the Capital School District. In 2011, he was named Educator of the Year by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

AUTHOR

Rodney Davis is the author of Designed To Dream, and has co-authored four books, When New Life Begins, Bringing Forth The Dreamer In You, Dreaming The Dream, and Dreamer On The Rise. Four books feature forewords by nationally renowned motivational speaker, Les Brown, and contain collections of inspiring pieces. Rodney has also authored a gospel stage play called, When It Rains.

ACTOR

Rodney played the lead role in the film, Love and Deceit, which is available on most media streaming outlets. He has also been in BET’s Criminals at Work, and a host of stage plays including My Grandmother Prayed For Me. Rodney Davis is the playwright, director, and actor in his original work, When It Rains.
